My Westmed Patient App makes managing your health easier than ever. You can sign up or use your existing My Westmed account to manage your health information and communicate securely with your doctor on your mobile devices.
Experience new and efficient ways to message each other about prescription refills, online lab results, and questions that arise about your health. The My Westmed patient portal app makes managing your health easier than ever. After you create your My Westmed account and log in, you can:
- Explore Locations
- View medical records
- View test results
- Schedule Appointments
- Access patient education
- View and pay your bill
- Access urgent care wait times
- Communicate with your physician directly
- Get direct access to the online patient portal, secure bill pay environment, and other external resources through quick links directly within the app.

My Westmed Connect
My Westmed Connect is Westmed’s personalized health coaching program designed to help you stay on track with your individual health and wellness goals outside of the exam room. When you use the My Westmed Connect app with your monitoring device, you will have your real-time health readings recorded and sent directly to your provider.
If there is an abnormal reading, you’ll be contacted by a Care Coach who will help you get connected with your provider or guide you through ways to get back on track. While this program won’t replace your in-person visits, it will help give you and your provider a more in-depth understanding of your individual healthcare needs.

Setting Up the App
LOGGING IN
Your Username and Password will be included in a welcome message delivered via email and/or text.
- Log in to the app by entering your Username and Password in the provided fields.
- Tap the “LOG IN” button to complete the process.
When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. Type your new password in the provided fields and tap “Save.”
Family Access Patient Portal Registration
My Westmed Family Access enables parents, legal guardians, and caregivers access to the patient’s medical records and access to communicate with the patient’s providers. Setting Up Family Access If You Are a Westmed Patient and Already Have a Patient Portal Account:
A family member who is a Westmed patient can request access to the portal account of another family member who is also a patient. Learn more.
