Allina MyChart Login

If you are a current Allina Health patient using Allina MyChart Login, you will need to activate your Hoag MyChart login to continue to receive access to your ongoing medical records and to communicate with your provider.

To access health record information (MyChart) you must be an Allina Health patient and have an Allina Health account. If you already have an account, you are ready to use all the features of the portal and mobile app.

How Your Health Information is Protected

Only you, your provider, and your healthcare team are permitted to view the information sent through MyChart. Allina Health implements security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Your account password protects your account and we urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by not disclosing your password and by logging out of your account after each use.

Allina Health further protects your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption, firewalls, and secure socket layer technology. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of such firewalls and secure server software.

In addition, Allina Mychart Login access requires a Mychart unique username and password. The Allina Health MyChart is owned and operated by Allina Health System and is fully compliant with federal and state laws about your privacy. Your name and email address will be kept private and confidential and will never be sold or released by them.

If you learn or suspect that your username or password has been wrongfully used or disclosed, you should promptly notify us and immediately reset your password. To help ensure the security of your password or account, please sign out of your account at the end of each session.

Allina MyChart Login

The Allina MyChart Login portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for Allina Health patients. Each patient will be given their user account credentials through which all the health information can be accessed and managed.

Note: You will need an online account, complete with a username and password, to use the Allina Mychart Login portal. To create your username and password, please Click the “Create an account” link. To access your account, simply follow the steps below.

  • Copy to your browser.
  • Enter your MyChart username and password in the spaces provided and click Sign In. Once signed in, you can update your account information, make your Allina Health Bill Payment, and a lot more.

Forgot Username/Password?

If you’re having trouble logging in, click the “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” link below the log in fields for assistance. You will go through two-step verification to verify your identity so you can recover your username or password.
